Part-Time Office Receptionist – Insurance Agency
We’re looking for someone who can keep our office running smoothly and make sure our clients are taken care of quickly and professionally.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow within the agency over time. We are a sales-focused organization, so while this is not a sales role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and contributing to a positive, productive team culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls (within 3 rings)
- Take payments and send receipts
- Route calls to the appropriate team member
- Greet walk-in customers
- Handle basic questions and information gathering
- Assist with light administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Hours:
- 20–30 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Compensation:
- $15/hour
This role is critical to our team. You’ll help create a better experience for our clients while allowing our sales team to stay focused on serving and growing our client base.
