Life & Health Insurance Sales Producer

Extin State Farm Financial Services & Insurance is building a production-focused agency centered on protection conversations — not just price quotes.
We are looking for a driven sales professional who wants to build a career helping families protect their financial future.
This role focuses primarily on Life and Health insurance conversations, helping clients protect their income, pay off debt, and provide security for their families.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training for the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, sales drive, and follow-up discipline.
This role begins in-office for training and development, with potential for remote flexibility once production goals are consistently met.
What You’ll Do
• Work daily internet and referral leads
• Identify life insurance opportunities with new and existing clients
• Help families protect their income and financial future
• Introduce disability and supplemental health coverage options
• Conduct protection reviews with households
• Track activity and production results

Qualifications
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, automotive, hospitality, inside sales, etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset and comfort with sales conversations
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license (we will assist)

Compensation
• $35,000 base salary
• Uncapped commissions
• Monthly production bonuses
Successful producers typically earn $70,000 – $100,000+ annually, with higher income potential as production grows.
This role is designed for someone motivated to significantly outperform their base salary through sales production.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
