Description

Extin State Farm Financial Services & Insurance is building a production-focused agency centered on protection conversations — not just price quotes.
We are looking for a driven sales professional who wants to build a career in insurance sales and grow income in a performance-driven environment.
This is a new business acquisition role focused on converting internet leads, referrals, and quoting opportunities into long-term clients.
No prior insurance experience is required. We train motivated professionals who brings strong sales drive, discipline, and follow-up skills.
This role begins in-office for training and development, with potential for remote flexibility once production goals are consistently met.

What You’ll Do
• Work daily internet and referral leads
• Re-engage prior quotes and aging opportunities
• Convert auto quotes into multi-line households
• Introduce and close Life & Health coverage
• Build strong follow-up systems that convert prospects into clients
• Track activity and production results

Qualifications
• Sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, hospitality, inside sales, etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset and comfort with sales conversations
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license (we will assist)

 Compensation
• $35,000 base salary
• Uncapped commissions
• Monthly production bonuses

Successful producers typically earn $70,000 – $100,000+ annually.

This role is designed for someone motivated to significantly outperform their base salary through sales production.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
