We are a growing State Farm agency serving Indiana and Ohio. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated insurance producer who understands how a State Farm agency operates and knows what it takes to convert internet leads and outbound opportunities into written business.
This role is focused exclusively on production — not service work. If you’re driven, accountable, and enjoy working a structured sales process, this is a strong opportunity.
What You’ll Do
• Respond quickly to new ILP and digital inbound leads
• Work and follow up on aged leads, prior prospects, and abandoned quotes
• Convert multi-line opportunities (auto → property → umbrella → life referral)
• Re-engage lost or dormant customers
• Develop referrals from new and existing business
• Follow a consistent outreach cadence using calls, text, and email
• Quote and bind auto, home, renters, umbrella, and related P&C lines
• Identify life and financial services opportunities and warm transfer to the agency owner
• Track all contact activity and outcomes in the system
What We’re Looking For
Must have:
• Prior work experience in a State Farm agency
• Active Property & Casualty license in Indiana or Ohio
• Strong communication skills — especially by phone and text
• Proven ability to work internet/shared leads and outbound follow-up
• Solid organization and time management skills
Preferred (not required):
• Life & Health license
• Familiarity with CRM tracking or structured pipelines
Compensation
• Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 depending on experience
• Commission + bonuses tied to:
• Lead conversion
• Multi-line households
• Life and FS handoff activity
• Retention and policy quality
A consistent, focused producer in this role should expect to earn $65,000–$80,000+ annually.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
