Remote State Farm Sales Producer

We’re looking for an experienced State Farm sales producer who thrives on results, follow-up, and helping people protect what matters. This role is focused on sales — not service.

 ⭐ What Success Looks Like

  • Write 40+ P&C applications per month
  • Write 2+ life insurance applications per month
  • Consistent follow-up and pipeline activity
  • Quality business that sticks (retention matters)
 
💰 Compensation
  • Base salary: $40,000
  • Expected total earnings: $55,000–$75,000+
  • Uncapped commission structure (top performers earn more)
 🧩 Who Will Succeed in This Role
  • Already worked in a State Farm agency
  • Understands quoting, follow-up, and closing conversations
  • Competitive and goal-driven, but also coachable
  • Able to work independently with accountability
 
✔ Requirements
  • Active P&C license (required)
  • Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain within 60–90 days)
  • Experience working in a State Farm environment (strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable selling over phone, text, and virtual appointments
  • Reliable technology and remote work environment
