Job Description:
Natalia Extin - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated and competitive individual to join our team as an entry-level Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. In this role, you will support a member of our Sales Team by assisting with various tasks aimed at converting leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer needs and assist in developing tailored solutions.
- Help identify potential leads and opportunities for growth within our customer base.
- Gain knowledge of our insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
- Support the establishment of strategies and quotas to drive agency success.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for customer service and building relationships.
- Able to make 100 marketing calls a day
